I’ve ordered from Epic Gardening a few times now, and overall it’s been a smooth experience. The site is easy enough to navigate, and I can usually find seeds or gardening supplies without feeling like I’m being sent in circles. The product pages load fine for me, and the descriptions give me enough info to feel like I know what I’m buying. The search is actually decent too, even when I type in something vague, which I appreciate. My only small gripe is that some pages feel a bit crowded, almost like they’re trying to keep you looking at more stuff or nudge you toward adding extra things to your cart. Maybe that’s just how online stores are now, but I did notice it. I also wish the filters were a little simpler. Still, it’s a good site overall, and I’ll probably keep using it

I used a discount code, it was all straightforward. The discount showed up before I checked out, so I knew exactly what I was paying. No weird last-minute surprises or anything, which I really appreciated.

I had an issue with my order and had to go back and forth with customer service a few times, which was kind of annoying at first. I was getting frustrated. BUT THEN they actually got it sorted out, so I’ll give them credit for making it right in the end.

I’ve ordered from Epic Gardening a couple of times now, and they’ve been easy to deal with. One of my orders took a bit longer to ship than I expected, but everything showed up in good shape and was exactly what I ordered. I also like that their product info is clear, some garden sites feel kind of sketchy, they don’t. I’m taking off one star for the delay, but I’d still order from them again.

Everything in my order showed up correct and was packed well, so no real complaints there. There was a small delay, which was a little annoying because I had to keep checking on it more than I wanted to. But nothing was mixed up or damaged, so overall I’m happy enough with it.

The return process was just more of a hassle than I expected. Like, it wasn’t impossible or anything, but... it took way more effort than it should have

I needed a few seed starting trays and some soil supplies, but everywhere else I checked was sold out. Epic Gardening actually had everything in stock, which was such a relief! :)
Checkout was easy, and I didn’t have to keep refreshing other sites or waiting for restocks. Overall, happy with the experience!

The quality seems fine overall, it was just frustrating because it didn’t fit the space the way I planned and I had to rearrange my setup around it. Not terrible, but I definitely wish the sizing info had been clearer

Right from the start, my first impression was that the growing guides were laid out clearly and didn’t feel overwhelming. Most of the instructions made it easy to understand what I should do next, which I really appreciated. I’m taking off one star because a few steps could use a little more detail, especially for someone who’s completely new to this.

Most of the seeds sprouted quickly and the seedlings looked healthy, so I was happy with that. A few didn’t come up, though part of me wonders if that was something I did wrong and not the seeds. Overall the germination rate seemed really good, and I’d probably order seeds from Epic Gardening again

I had an issue with my order, so I emailed Epic Gardening and I was kind of expecting it to take a while because that’s usually how these things go, but they got back to me quickly. The message was clear, they knew what was going on, and they just fixed it without turning it into some big back-and-forth. It was such a relief, honestly. I really appreciate when customer service actually responds and makes things easy.

My payment did eventually go through, but the checkout page froze on me once right before that, which made me nervous. I ended up escalating it to customer support because I wasn’t sure if I’d be charged twice or if the order had actually gone through. It worked in the end, but the whole process felt a bit shaky.

My plants did show up alive, but they were droopy and smaller than I expected (especially for the price). A couple of the leaves were already yellow, and even after planting them, they never really perked back up. I was hoping they’d have a bit more vigor overall.

I ordered a few garden supplies from epicgardening, and the quality was good. Shipping was fine too, nothing weird or delayed. My only thing is the pricing?? Some of the items feel a little expensive for what you actually get, especially when I compare them to stuff I can grab at local stores. Overall not a bad experience at all, I’m just not totally sure it’s always the best value.

I’ve been happy with the Epic Gardening community so far. Whenever I have a question, I usually get helpful answers quickly, which is great because I don’t like wasting time digging through random advice. People are generally friendly and not judgmental, so I feel comfortable asking things even if they’re basic. Some topics do get repeated a lot, but overall, it’s been a useful place for me to learn and pick up tips for my own garden...

I like that they cover a wide range of topics, but a lot of the educational content feels surface level to me. Some articles repeat the same basic tips without really explaining things in a useful way. It’s not bad, but it hasn’t been as helpful as I hoped. I also expected responses or updates to be a bit faster
